Ramon G. I am glad that I went with Erus Energy. Everything from the salesman to Installation went well. Ms. Jessica Patrick was very helpful when we had a small problem with system. Everything handled well. Ms. Jessica Patrick was also extremely helpful & reliable when conversing through emails. She even flew in from El Paso and visited my home to make sure everything was alright. 6/30/2020

Staff was really polite and professional

Erus Energy installed my system 9 years ago and last year I noticed an increase in my electric bill. I checked my solar output and found my enlighten system was not working. Erus finally got that working after several months and then it took several more months to get most of my microinverters replaced. Then I was told 2 of my solar panels needed to be replaced and that I would have to call the panel manufacturers to get them replaced through the warranty. I asked Erus for the serial numbers and never did get them. I had to hire someone else to get on the roof to get me the serial numbers of the panels. I finally got the panels and had Erus install them. During the install, I noticed one panel/microinverter still was not producing. They came back again and replaced the microinverter but it still did not work and was told it is a bad panel. Now I need the serial numbers of the panels again and still waiting for Erus to give them to me. By the way, they sent someone out and had him take pictures of the panels but I still can't get the numbers that I need to get panel replaced under the warranty. Now they want $200 to come back out to replace the bad panel after I do the legwork and get the panel. This has been going on for a year!

I am very pleased with Erus Energy, they are professional, courteous, and keep me updated with the progress of my project. I would recommend this company to anyone who is serious about solar panels, this is the company you can depend on!

Erus Energy was on top of everything from the start. Kept me informed the whole way. The only hold up was the city inspection, but once that was done the system was up and running in no time. The system portal is very informative and useful. I would definitely recommend Erus Energy for Solar.
