Made an appointment through Costco. Followed and completed the utilities link for power usage data. We had an 8:00-10:00am appointment, received a call at 7:53 to reschedule due to lack of drive time from Phoenix. We had the first appointment of the day, Im not exactly sure how drive time can affect the first appointment of the day. This is not what I would expect from a company that wants to sell us a system that costs potentially tens of thousands of dollars. Needless to say they lost our business and I will inform my friends and family of our experience with them. Hope this information is helpful to people shopping for solar and to Sunrun to fix a problem that cost them our business.

Sunrun is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I started the solar install Oct 2019 and it's now Feb 2020 and I'm still not producing any solar power. After many delays because of the incompetence of their employee's it was finally installed at the beginning of January. After the install, we found out there would be more delays because Sunrun didn't turn in all the paperwork to APS (the power company) and now we had to wait until the middle of February for APS to come out. Meanwhile we are paying a solar loan payment and a power bill. We had a moment of excitement when APS decided to come out a month early and put in the meter so we could turn the system on. As the system was turned on, I had Sunrun on the phone walking me through it, so it was turned on properly. I was then told by a Sunrun rep that Mr. Kennedy the supervisor will follow up with me in a few days, after he watches the system to make sure everything is working properly... Never happened! Now 18 days after the turn on, I find out the system hasn't been producing any power! Once they received the funding for our system, it seems the eagerness to help went away! Please check the BBB and online reviews before thinking of using this company!

The customer service staff appears to be staffed by people who are expert at non truth (lies). I have not been satisfied with follow up. I am told one thing then nothing happens. I feel stuck in this contact. This product and company do not deliver.
