I had AES install a solar system in June 2015. The whole beginning process was easy. The salesman Robert had answers to all of my questions and made all of the financing options crystal clear. The installers did a good solid job installing everything in a timely manner (with the exception of a little bit of debris in the yard), and a couple days later, the owner Brian came out and did a final walk-through of the system and engaged the system. The solar edge system comes with a really cool app that allows me to monitor system health and keep track of how much energy I'm producing. It recently came in handy this week, when I noticed one of my panels was dark blue on the app and not generating nearly the energy of the other panels. I called Brian, and he said it was a voltage optimizer going bad. He ordered a new one and had it replaced a week later, no fuss, no questions asked.2 years after the install, I'm still extremely happy with my purchase and am enjoying very small electric bills. Before making the purchase I did a lot of consumer report research, and they use some pretty top-notch equipment, which is important to me.
