From initial estimates to plan design to onsite engineering work to account for peculiarities in our historic home to inspection completion and monitoring support, we couldnt be happier! Each person weve worked with has been professional and authentic. We feel confident in the quality of our system, its producing ability, and trust the follow through if any issues arise. This is especially important to us as our work takes us away from home for extended periods of time. Knowing our solar system is working well, and well be alerted if something needs addressed, is the piece of mind we value.

By far the best trade company I have ever worked with, hands down! They are personable, professional and honest. They mapped out the whole install and answered all of my questions up front. My install was in 2014. I haven't paid a power bill since. Everything was done on time and on schedule. I calculate my ROI to be between 5-7% annually currently and that will probably just improve. Net Zero has also vigilantly kept an eye on my system, let me know when there is a problem and has quickly responded to any issues. I am a perfectionist. These guys surpass my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants a flawless solar installation by a skilled and knowledgeable team of unsurpassed integrity.

I wanted say thanks and show my appreciation for Trace and Chad and the whole Net Zero Solar team for all the help getting a quote, HOA approval, permitting, installation and up an running. All this was done for me when I am remote and out of state. Responsive and alway communicated throughout the whole process. Net Zero was flawless and made it easy. The Net Zero team was extraordinary! The CEO immediately responded to my query and took the time to immediately visit me at home, assess my needs and explain the system in a detailed and comprehensible manner. We were under a very tight timeline to get the system installed before the tax rebate decreased, and the team brought the project in on time and on budget. The panels were installed in two days - less than the projected three, as bad weather prevented install on the first day. The system runs beautifully. I couldn't be more pleased. Kudos to the entire team for a terrific, professional and personable job well done!
