I contacted Ozark Solar and John Gerrard was very quick to get back with me, he was very friendly and professional. He came to my home along with Joshua, the installer and they listened to what I wanted and gave me a good deal.I could not have the solar panels mounted on my roof because of a couple of big trees, but that was no problem for them, they did a stand mount in the corner of my back yard..no problem.Joshua, the installer set me up on a Wi-FI set up to where I could monitor the solar array on an App....It was great.Joshua, the installer gave me first class service and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the solar array...and I am happy with my solar array...this will give me free electricity for many years to come....well worth the investment. If you are interested in getting solar panels...then by all means...contact Ozark Solar....I am glad that I did!But be advised! When your told your going to get a Federal Tax credit, there is a little tax rule that will say that it is NON-REFUNDABLE!!!What that means is if you dont pay in ALOT of taxes, then you will only end up getting about half of the original Federal tax credit!!!Darrell Cravens,Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Went with Ozark Solar because they had the most competitive pricing. Recommend insisting on: 1) an Ozark Solar Quality Control representative to be present when any and all work is being done, and 2) a firm schedule and a clause in the contract to address delays if and when they happen.Initially system was running with all generated electricity bypassing our house(!). Ozark Solar came out to fix wiring issue (see #1 above - electrical subcontractor was poor and not QC'd). Four months in on system operation, and apparently we are not getting any discount yet for generated power feeding into the grid and are consuming all we generate. Electric bill creeping back up to being in the $100 range per month in the winter, but hopefully we will see better results in summer.
