I've been harsh on Conway Corp in the past, but I'll give credit as well. I was having internet issues and they sent out a technician the same day. Aaron Reynolds was professional, efficient, and a real trooper. He had to wear a mask in 90 degree heat and was stung at least once by red wasps. He kept a positive demeanor and fixed my issues. Thanks Aaron! My job depends on it.

Usually, the staff is friendly, quick and helpful. Today was horrible! Drive-thru only open. The wait in line was over 30 minutes! The only words out of the teller's mouth was, 'Can I have your I.D. to look up your account?' after she rolled her eyes at me when I pulled up to the window. She never said any type of greeting or asked if there was anything else I needed help with. This drive-thru thing needs a lot of work or start letting people back inside.

I understand I owed them, but they could of at least told me that before i was needing service. They was not trying to get ahold of me to cooperate with the situation until I needed service. Or until they needed my money. I just didn't understand that. Mrs coleen could of told me that the 1st time I came in for service or at least tell me about it. Next day I come in and my balance was different. To risky for me

Did you know they will rob you if you forget to cancel your account when your lease ends? Had to pay utilities for an empty apartment for 2 months.
