We never have trouble with our service, and when we called to have them come install or replace a light, they come out quickly

Worst company ever. They charge a different rate everyday. I am on prepaid where I can watch my daily usage and even when I went on vacation my bill did not go down. I am calling public services commission I have taken daily photos of my usage and proof when I was gone. I hope they can get a big lawsuit against these crooks.
