If I could give this place a zero Stars I would I came home after taking my daughter to the dentist to find my lights have been shut off I called and they said that I hadn't made an arrangement which I had they try to tell me that the system said I hadn't called in over a month so I drove up there show them the phone call that I made after them telling me I hadn't called in over a month and whenever they saw it they said well you must have not have done something right and told me that I would have to go ahead and pay the $65 fee even though they were the ones that made the mistake the daytime manager the old older lady that looks like a man was no help whatsoever as soon as she came out of the office she had an attitude I don't understand how someone can be so unprofessional

Website lists 2 phone numbers to call for member services. Both are nothing but ads. Even when you get to the part, after listening to 5 minutes of ads, to find your account, the automated system couldn't find me in the system, and just repeats over and over again. Guess what, you get to do the ads all over again if you call back. I found the local number and had my account closed in less than 3 minutes, but I shouldn't have to hunt down a local number, it should be right on the website.

Been with them 16 years bill was fine until new meter put in why done know bill went up fix income had to call get Extension Charged $800 for new Deposit they dont care for know one they are Crooked
