I can assure those of you complaining about one thing or another where these local utility services are concerned. It's the same all over the nation. Don't like it, don't pay it. The alternative is gonna blow. There's nothing you can do about it. Power. Costs. Money. CWL is not a grocery store. Another provider won't help you and it's not gonna happen.

Never had any problems with outages, poor service, etc and the one time I needed an extension on my bill, the woman I spoke with was very helpful and polite. I would say it is one of the better-run public service entities I have encountered.
