Was told to pay $178 today to get my lights back on today. After I paid the $178 they say they cant get to it until July 6th. 6 days from now. I have a son and wife with $200 worth of groceries going to spoil. Thanks for leaving me without power. Couldnt get a decent response until I talked to supervisor. The only one actually helpful.

Let me first say I never leave reviews but I feel so strongly about the experience I just had... First of all I am new customer and had to go through 2 hours and 3 customer reps to even get service. The first two reps said they could never find my address in the system (when the entire building is serviced by Entergy) and require I call back with a meter number for a place I do not even live at yet.... I cannot speak on Entergy and the electrical service. However, the customer service was I think the worst I have ever experienced..

Man lets start off by saying Entergy service is terrible. They have one of the worse customer service groups I have ever dealt with. There reps are lost and cldumb founded to what is needed to assist the customers. They have been telling me that there was a work order put in and that they would be out to connect my service for the pass 3 days. Then they tell me I promise itll be connected today and it still didnt happen. Third day hear and Im still at work waiting for them to call and lmk something terrible company. I truly wish it was another company I could use....

Showed up several days after my power was to be initiated. I am an old woman with frail health and did not appreciate sitting in 80 degree heat on the third floor of my building. Dont you young whippersnappers know that heat rises? I had to call my eldest son, Jedidiah to come rescue me. Customer service is no help, especially that little girl named Alexis. Oh word, Ive not seen such unprofessionalism in all my years.
