We have been SEVEN WEEKS with no electricity. Neighbors don't want to sign a right of way document although energy's engineer has spoken with them... Entergy don't want to hook my electricity without those papers from neighbors...any thoughts, suggestions

Customer Service terrible. If you going to disconnect energy why not reconnect it when its paid?? 5pm stop time for reconnection is trash

All of these utility companies are SCAMMERS!! I've been complaining about high energy bills for yearssss. I live in an apartment, but I pay anywhere from $250-400 A MONTH. I asked them to check my meter, but they assured me that it was working properly I work all day, & I'm the type that love my house dark and cozy, so I don't constantly lights & my thermostat stays on 75, so there's no reason for my bill to be so high every month.
