Horrible service, complete lack of transparency with customers and was forced to contact another power company just to get an estimate of power restoration. Just a terrible company with terrible communication. AVOID

Tried calling for a month now to get a limb off my power line after the wind storm..even after a man came out and looked at the line and wrote it down the day after the storm.. Terrible company!!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY. Avoid if you can. They are the most incompetent electric company that I've ever had to deal with in my life. Their lack of transparency and vague responses to the ongoing massive power outage that they were in no way prepared for even though they operate in an area that experiences bad storms often, shows they have no idea what they're doing. Their linemen are doing what they can but when you have such a horribly run company you can expect the utmost in incompetence from the ground up. If you can in any way possible get another electric company, choose the other guys.

Why open your Location but no one there answers the phones. Customers need service and a noteworthy reporting of when power will be restored. If you can't manage the few customers' request you have then just do everyone a huge favor and sell to Entergy. And get rid of those racist horribly trained people working there especially 'big hair front desk do nothing....'
