Aurora is seriously the easiest company to work with . We tried the larger solar companies and it with more of a hassle and headache! But we love our decision with these guys!

Aurora Energy helped me find the perfect solar system for my home (I hate calling it that)... We had tried working with a few other companies but they couldn't seem to find a solution for us. Allen came out and talked my wife and me through all of the various options and we settled on an 11 panel system. All summer long we generated more power than we used and had a credit with PG&E! My better half and I were fortunate enough to work with Allen Whitehead when we made the switch to solar for our home in sunny, Bakersfield, CA.For the sake of transparency, I should probably note that my better half and I are both REALLY what is known as a 'hard sale'. We do our product research prior to any sales pitch, and for that reason, we can both be a salesman's worst nightmare.We were able to get connected with Allen Whitehead through mutual colleagues, he came recommended so we decided to have him over to discuss things with us. From that first meeting on, Allen took many hours out of his day for us-- answered many calls, replied (quickly) to our texts, and never missed a meeting. Being that we recently purchased our home, we were 'on the fence' about switching to solar, mainly due to the long-term commitment and not fully understanding the financing options that were available for us (not to mention tax credits! woop woop!). Thanks to Allen's extreme patience with us (and investing extra time to truly educate us) we have now had solar for over a year and couldn't imagine this past summer's bill had we not made the switch.Seriously, if you're just looking for someone to answer questions without the sales pitch.. give them a call.
