Our battery arrived completely defective. Trying to work with their tech support was horrible. They only worked with me through the WhatsApp application and on China time. So I had to message with their support at midnight each night and still ended up returning the battery. I have been waiting for month on my refund and the company will no longer respond to any of my inquiries. I recommend purchasing from somewhere else. Save yourself some time, money, and serious frustration

Horrible company to work with. We purchased our battery and after months of waiting it arrived DOA. the metal case was to small for the components and the BMS was burned up. We worked for months with their supplier to try various fixes and eventually they agreed to a refund. We shipped the battery back and have not heard back from them. Their sales team never answers their phone or responds to emails. It has been such a nightmare and now we are out a battery and $2700. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

After waiting 3 1/2 months for our battery delivery, we canceled our order. We were promised a full refund within 7 days, which is what the law requires. 6 months later, we are still out $1264. The owner said they were fully refunded from their supplier in July, but they still will not refund our full amount. Perhaps they are struggling due to the pandemic, but there is no excuse for the constant lying. We just want our complete refund so we can move on. The owner has threatened to charge us with “aggravated harassment “ and even called our local sheriff because we continue to pursue our refund. We’ll continue to post negative reviews until we get all of our money back. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Shop elsewhere.

Ordered batteries on Jan. 2, 2021 with a 2-3 week promised delivery schedule. After several changes to the delivery schedule, we canceled our order on April 18. We were promised a refund within a week. It’s now Aug. 30 and we are still waiting for the last of our refund. Being lied to constantly for 8 months has been incredibly frustrating. I would suggest buying elsewhere.

I can confirm Pacific Sun is a good dealer of LIFEP04 Lithium Batteries and has delivered over 50 batteries since being a dealer for Specialized Power. These comments are either for wrong business with similar name, or just completely false. We drop ship most of their batteries and have NOBODY by the name O2 Window Tinting, or MICHAEL BROWN in our files.
