Without a doubt the worst website on the internet. It's always down for maintenance but never seems to get better.

The Edison app and online account portal haven't worked in months. I call to make payments with my debit card at the number provided on my bill, only to be told it's the wrong number and then I'm transferred again and again. On top of that, they charge you a convenience fee for just about any payment made. The reps in customer service sound like they are half asleep or hate their lives when you are finally able to get in touch with one. For a company that is essential to a habitable living environment, they don't seem to take their business seriously or care about their customers.

There is supposed to a power outage for 8am-4pm on Wednesday in the middle of a HEAT WAVE. We are currently the warmest place in the country!!! They are so inconsiderate that they will not consider changing the power outage until next week when it is cooler. This is not July or August where we know every week it will be VERY warm. I wish we could use someone else.
