When they fell behind, the owner worked to make the schedule. I came back to him several times concerning my quote and he was very patient and competitive with my bids.

We recently had solar installed and we are so glad we went with Urban Design Solar! Sean and his team were personable, punctual, and efficient. Sean took the time to meet with us at our home to discuss what we wanted and made sure we were happy with the layout when everything was done. I enjoyed working with the office personnel and they were helpful. I thought the workmen who did the installation were quick and proficient and seemed to have done a careful and quality job in spite of the hot days on which they worked. I am somewhat disappointed in the solar monitoring online, particularly that there was little explanation or instruction about the site. I have found the site to be glitchy. I would prefer to have my own software installed on my home computer. I would and have recommended Urban Design Solar to others.
