Everything about our HVAC system replacement with Buckley was excellent. Last summer, we bought a house with a 30 year old system. Brian met with us and clearly discussed all aspects of the best options for our needs. We selected a Trane system and Buckley sent a great team to begin the work. We changed from a floor ducting system to an attic/ceiling system, moved out the old unit in a closet and installed our new unit on our roof. All the old registers were sealed off and the new ones were sealed up to eliminate air leaks into the attic. Jake and his team were here working thoroughly, quietly, quickly and carefully. Everyone who came in our house was professional, easy to communicate with, hard working and just excellent. It was hot weather and they were in narrow crawl spaces and hot attic spaces...clearly they are very experienced and managed this big job beautifully. Our new thermostat gives us amazing control and was easy to learn to use. We can even adjust it from our cell phones! Buckley's team took the time to answer our questions, raise any of their own questions for us to make decisions about, and taught us about using our new system. With a little uneven temperatures in various rooms throughout our 1600 sq. ft. 3 bed/2 ba 1958 single story house, we realized it could indeed be adjusted and I called Buckley again. Taking all safety precautions during the COVID pandemic, Jake and Steven arrived today on time, fully equipped and ready do several things that are already helping even out the temperatures from living spaces to bedrooms. They put in an additional sensor in one of the bedrooms that was staying too warm, and they also adjusted the dampers in all our new attic ducts. Within an hour, I already noticed our cold dining room was comfortable, and our warm bedroom (its mid 90s today) is cool! Jake and Steven, as before, were on time, professional, pleasant, easy to communicate with, polite and clearly experienced! They had good ideas and implemented them for us. I am so happy we chose Buckley HEAT AIR SOLAR for this important upgrade to our house. We have a state of the art, efficient, reliable, mid-sized TRANE unit now - AND a much needed coat closet in place of the old heater closet. What a huge relief to know we are in great hands for our heating and air conditioning needs. We are also so appreciative of Lori's help with scheduling and coordination for the whole project. Sometimes a provider believes they have great customer service or they think they are customer oriented, but really, Buckley really lives it, and it is a value which is the basis of every part of their company. I completely recommend Buckley Heat Air and Solar. They really do give us peace of mind...with comfortable air!

We were able to squeeze out 20 years of life out of our old HVAC. We decided to replace it in 2020 because we wanted something good this year! After seeking five quotes to replace and relocate our HVAC, I choose Buckley Heat Air Solar. They were not the cheapest quote but I could not get over the fact that there are no negative reviews of their service, quality and commitment to their clients. We have had our system now for three months and it is amazing. I cannot hear it even when standing close to it. We did have a component fail within the first month but Buckley was quick to troubleshoot and repair it. Buckley's staff are fine people. The made a mess and cleaned it up. Changing out a system is a little messy. They ensured our stuff was protected with plastic. I cant find anything to be critical about. I recommend Buckley Heat and Air to everyone now.

My air conditioner was having some issues. I called and left a message that evening. They returned my call the next morning. The rep 'Bill' arrived early. He was friendly and courteous. He checked everything out, explained what had to be done and took care of the issue. He gave me some helpful tips. The bill was fair. I would definitely recommend Buckley Heat & Air.
