Had a, very bad experience. Everything from Onboarding to ongoing communications was a nightmare. There was no, customer dashboard. They then sent a termination notice of contract after 2 years. Thumps down.

Ive Worked with this company many times. Like any new industry theres a lot of moving parts and many people and companies involved. MaxGen does a great job to serve their customers, their technicians, and maintain high levels of safety and excellent performance of communications and work execution.

Can you please ask your drivers to use their blinkers. This is the third time in a month I've had to slam on my breaks becuase the driver of your van doesn't feel like using a blinker.
