Wow did I encounter one rude young lady obviously working from home taking incoming customer calls. I explained my situation that I could not get to a computer to disconnect and she was adamant there is only one way for me to request a disconnect of service. Her attitude made me so angry i said well i will just leave the service on and you guys can deal with the new owners . This really isnt the answer and neither is allowing these girls to work from home since the calls are not monitored . So much for quality customer service for a public utility again the excuse is covid 19Incident July 8

This company is illicitly and potentially unlawfully estimating water usage. If you are a customer, please contact a lawyer immediately, as you are being billed for water that you most likely did not use.As an update to this, when new networked water meters finally were installed my water bill dropped in half. Why werent manual readings taken? How much more money did this company collect than they were legally owed during the yearlong register problem? Why is this a common countrywide problem for supposedly regulated municipal services such as water?

I would give ZERO stars is I could.How does this place not get sued on a weekly basis? I just bought a home in DHS. They put me through a terrible ordeal just to establish new service. I spoke with Ann and Sierra in the customer service department multiple times. They can't answer questions, couldn't tell me what documents THEY require for their ridiculous application. They hung up on me when I said I wasn't familiar with the document they're asking for. I have no idea why they make this so difficult or how they possibly get away with the fees they charge. THE WORST!
