Horrible customer service. We bought our house 6 years ago with a contract through sunrun already attached to our house. We added solar panels a few years ago and everything has been going great until recently. One of the breakers keeps going with I assume the recent heat wave and the AC running a lot more. I go to reset it and notice the panel is almost too hot or the touch. I will reset the breaker and it will go after about 10-20 minutes. Called Sunrun and they give us a 5 to 7 business days to respond excuse and told us to go ahead and call an electrician. They were short on the phone and clearly didnt want to be bothered with an equipment malfunction. This is after 2 separate calls on 2 separate days. I have 2 co-workers that are existing Sunrun customers who have both had poor sustained service and I assumed it was just an isolated experience for them. I guess it is my turn. If Sunrun wasnt already attached to my home, we definitely would have gone with a different company as I dont really care for how everything is set up but as for customer service, unbelievable. If Sunrun is a company you are considering, based in my overall experience, not just the customer service, I would recommend to entertain other companies as well.

Amazing company. Fast efficient and outstanding customer service. Got me installed in 20 days and I love not having electric bill!

Pretty Terrible. App isn't great. It has been a month so far and they still haven't transferred ownership from the previous home owner to me. A month. Literally a month. After day 2 they said it would take a couple of days. So far it has amounted to blaming other departments dropping the ball. I don't care whose fault it. I just want to use the app and website.
