They dont even answer the phone. I went with design air heating. They answered immediately are want business so if you are looking for someone and cant get these yahoos on the phone, design air and heating will gladly help you. Theyre great.

We had the Evans Crew here yesterday, Big Joe, Justin, Dillion, Ethan, they were under the house, in the house, in the attic, and on the roof. They installed a new tankless hot water heater and were the best crew I have ever seen work together, and and left the house clean. I getting ready to install a new furnace and I am looking for the same crew to come back. The office workers were quick to respond and in a couple days from first ordered, it was installed and up and running. Thanks Evans Mechanical for this experience and service. Donovan

The heat exchanger, a basic essential of a forced air home furnace, stopped working on our 3-yr-old furnace. This unusual situation required substantial testing and finally total replacement of the furnace with a new top of the line furnace. In addition to this problem, our thermostat, which was also relatively new, did not communicate effectively with the new furnace and also had to be replaced. Evans Mechanical replaced all these pieces of equipment without charge. It is true that a few of the basic furnace parts were under warranty, but the labor hours, multiple trips to our home, and programming of the new thermostat certainly could have been billed to us. But all was done for free. We are deeply grateful to Evans Mechanical for their friendly and thorough work and their financial generosity to us, and we most highly recommend them!
