Their customer service is very lacking and their leasing options are super expensive. I am currently trying to get out of the lease agreement.

Have to admit we are extremely pleased with the whole idea with getting solar! As you can see we had a pretty good size system installed 38 lg345 watt panels with Battery. The fact we are producing more than we actually need is a great feeling. Having the added battery storage as well makes it even sweeter! Yes Solar is not for everyone and I highly recommend getting a min of 3 proposals and see which one is your best route, while almost all the equipment may be the same or similar in warranty and such. Overall from start to finish we were kept in the loop 100%, installers arrived on time were polite and left zero trace of them being there well except for all the installed equipment! If your thinking of solar before you call anyone do your own research on what it is you want from solar etc. And understand its limits and practical uses!

Do not use Sunrun for your solar needs!!!!Once you lock into a contract and the install is complete, you will not have any response regarding any concerns you have. Multiple calls to customer service, case manager and sales rep have gone unanswered. Buyer beware!!!
