did not finished the job even after being promise and would not return phone calls and now phone line is disconnected

Applied Solar installed my System 4 years ago. It worked great. About A year into it, I get my monthly report from Enphase and my system didnt produce any energy. The breaker tripped; they were supposed to monitor it and dropped the ball. Ok, Im a little upset but it can happen. It happened again about a year after that but I caught it around a week in because I got my report. In May of this year one on my micro inverters went out. I could not get anyone to help me; they kept saying Heidi would ball me. She never returned my calls. Finally I called Enphase ( super nice people and very helpful) and they sent me a new inverter. I called another Solar company and the came and installed it for $129 and reset my system. Bottom line; solar is low tech and easy to install but it needs to be monitored ( you are an independent power producer), and this company WILL NOT monitor your system. After they put it on your roof, your on your own. BE WARE!!

The installation and the solar generation went fine. My system installed 3/2015......But in 12/18/2016 the reporting unit from Enphase went down. After 3 or 4 calls Applied came out to my house (1.1 miles from their facility) messed with it and told my wife that in a day or two it would start reporting. After the 3rd series (that is about 9 calls) of this experience I was told that my WIFI was bad. So I got a new router even though everything else works. Then I was told a couple calls later that if I followed the directions on the website I could fix it myself. No luck. Applied doesn't return calls. I have physically gone to their office twice and the person I need isn't there. I have offered to pay them to come out and replace the unit. I have asked who the best competitor to go to have a new unit is but Applied will not respond.

My name is Wayne Barlow, since 1/8/19, I have suffered from a roof leak caused by broken tiles on roof under the racking system of solar array. I called immediately after discovering leak. It took ASES till 2/4/19 to come to my house on a day when it was raining. I explained the situation as I knew it at the time and asked that Mr. David Donnelly (owner) schedule a crew response after rain stopped. He agreed there was a leak and told me ASES would schedule removal and inspection and get back to me. Today's date is 2/20/19, still no response after promises to come out and dozens of calls. ASES provides 10 year warranty on materials and workmanship, don't believe them! - with next series of storms following the events described, we discovered damage behind shiplap at edge of wall (shiplap was removed to inspect damage) and had our roof tarped. I have made every attempt at a solution and am now considering a civil solution.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service, installation and upkeep of our solar panels. Applied Solar was extremely helpful in determining the right size system for our needs Their installation was on time, neat, professional and well done! I have had no issues with the system and have been more than pleased with the amount of money we have saved. We looked at several well known solar companies when this project started and Applied had the right program to fit our needs and financial guidelines. I would highly recommend their team for your solar needs!
