I have been trying to call them for several weeks. It goes to an answering machine. Nobody calls back We got our system through them on lease. They totally underestimated our usage and now we pay $850 to generate $ 325 worth of energy. Be very careful if dealing with them

The absolute worst company I have ever done business with. Do not do business with them. It took them two trips out to design my solar package. Then they couldn't get it submitted to the HOA. We had to do it. Then when it was rejected we had to make the corrections to the plans and resubmit them. Then when it came to install the panels and conduit the installers could not read the plans and understand that the conduit needed to be concealed. That took another week for them to get someone out that could speak English and read plans. Then they realized they would have to cut holes in my drywall. They tried to charge extra for that. They took two weeks to patch the holes after I had to threaten to patch and paint it myself and back charge them. Finally after four failed inspections and 5 months later we have passed inspection and are hoping they have sent the paperwork to SCE to get the PTO. Absolutely the worst!!!

it really depends on whos coordinating the hemet office is dysfunctional the manager craig is legitif your trying to call solar 'they suck at answering the phone'

The worse company the promise one incentive and they only lying only have excuses and ask 10 times for you w9 to the promises to pay you mr Raymond bale and charlotte big. The worst customer service they never answer the phone or return your calls always making excuses not to pay you what they promised. Save your save the stress and find a better company
