SO impressed with these people, who were recommended to us by our pool guy. We had a leaking 10 year old solar system and the people who installed it had disappeared... Called Suntrek and they sent Aaron Hill out immediately. He diagnosed the problem right away and said it was only a broken $10 tube, so charged us for the agreed upon $185 visit + $10, fixed it, and was on his way. Really appreciate their honesty and customer service! I am a Realtor and will be highly recommending them to any clients that need their services.

Rude on the phone, practically mocking me, explaining the situation. Talked bad about my pool service company. I was told they would call me back to schedule an appointment, never did.

I am really happy with the service that Suntrek provided to me today. I called Ethan from Suntrek and he set up a same day appointment and they came out and fixed my leaking pool solar heating system. There was no nonsense or up selling. They just came out checked my unit and fixed my problem. I will definitely recommend Suntrek and I will use them again.

Have had Suntrek solar heating for my pool 12 years now and recently I had a minor issue with a few solar collector lines. Ethan, the owner's son, was available immediately via phone and visited my house shortly thereafter. He rectified the issue with no cost. Even after12 years all is good. Great family owned company with great product. Would never use any other company.

What a horrible company! We hired them to move a solar water heater. They charged $5800, then refused to help remedy the constant leaking from the unit! Roy Heine actually told me, you're on your own. Talk to the BBB about it! His employees warned me what a bad guy he is!
