use '3rd party' to pay, charge 3 dollars to pay bill. pay to pay? thats stealing. you already take tax money now you grease pockets of some friends with this 'automated system' middleman. how hard is it to have your own aitomated payment by phone system? this is just a blatent criminal lie.

When I moved here over a year ago, I looked up when the loan repay and bond repay were expired. Then it said they would expire this year. Now, I can't find any info on this and no one knows the answer.
