Hey fellow solar and future solar owners,I just wanted to share my review with vibe solar. I'm a bit detailed and nerdy with numbers so please excuse me lol.I had solar installed in Sept19, and wanted to wait till summer to finally write this when these bills hit!Just as reference, I have appx a 2000sq ft home with my wife and kids home the majority of the time currently, and keep the house at about 76 degrees.Last year my sce June bill was 120 bucks,And I just received my June bill for this year, appx 32 dollars! 10 dollars in mandatory service charges which it all that I paid Edison this month., and 22 dollars charges in consumption charges.That's a 110 dollar savings!! Let me explain, cause I didn't fully understand until I was actually switched over to solar and billed. The 10 dollar monthly fee is a mandatory fee to stay connected to edison due every month.The generation/consumption charges I received in a nutshell is because I went over 218kWH.I produced 575 kWH from solar. I used a total of 790 kWh but solar covered 575 this particular monthThat's where the the 218kWH number came from.Now these charges are tracked monthly but due every 12 monthsNow Alan and I designed my system to be appx iirc 110% offset of my electrical usage. So when the cooler months come I will have excess kWH which will cover my extra usage this hotter months and zero out my 12 month usage charges.A tad confusing if your new to this but Alan Truex is the man at vibe Solar and great at explaining this! I experience a issue with my 4 1/2 year old system which ended up being a simple fix. So Cal Solar did the original installation but went out of business. Vibe Solar is owned by the same family so I tried to get them to come out to look at my system. I didn't get a return call from Vibe and ended up getting another company to look at it. Needless to say I was upset and left negative feedback.The owner called me personally and took responsibility for the communication error.Now I know that it was just a mistake and understand the context behind how it happened. The family that owns Vibe Solar are first class people. I wish nothing but the best for them and wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future.

I had a problem with my system and they immediately came out to fix my issues. Their office staff, Theresa is fantastic. She always is helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

We met Ernie Stone and ReAnne Rogers at a Gun Show in Victorville. They came to our house to do their sales presentation and we decided to have solar panels installed through their company. They are not pushy with their sales and they explained every detail we needed to know. They also have a very good financing in place. In my opinion they offer a very competitive rate considering we have another sales person come to our house a few months back. There was a little setback in the installation but other than that everything went well. I will definitely recommend them!
