We are extremely pleased with everything about MSS. They were prompt to repond to our initial inquiries with a wealth of good information to help us make our decision about whether to do this or not. Bruce explained all our options and what to expect, from installation to day to day living with the system. What he didn't quite make clear enough was how professional and courteous his crew is. The workmanship is impeccible, and the technicians were always willing and happy to explain what they were doing and how the bits they were assembling would work. After I showed them how i wanted conduits and stuff to be routed, he explained his far more elegant proposal that leaves us with nothing showing but 24 clean black solar panels. All wiring/conduit and support equipment are cleanly hidden. A fantastic overall experience. I highly recommend this company if you're at all curious about lightening your load on the grid.
