Solar Source Inc. installed a solar energy system at my home in Mission Viejo. Prior to receiving a bid from Solar Source, I received bids on the job from three other companies, each of which applied hard pressure sales techniques, tried to sell me additional products and/or tried to talk me into leasing rather than buying my system. Bryan Amburgey from Solar Source was a breath of fresh air when it came to deciding on which company to go with. He was knowledgeable, personable and applied no pressure at all. He took the time to listen to my questions and then came up with a solution that met our needs. As an added bonus, he provided the most economical bid!Bryan remained my point of contact throughout the process and has maintained contact with me long after the system was activated to ensure I was satisfied with the service provided. Solar Source designed and installed our home solar back in 2011 and it has overachieved in both output and payback. Going solar can be a stressful experience. Brian was awesome he was never pushy or trying to push you into making a purchase. He was patient and explained every process and took the time to answer all the questions I had. The installation team was great also. They explained the process and took the time to listen to our needs. In addition, they took their time and ensuring all was done right. They also allowed me to give them some guidance as I really wanted very little conduit showing especially the front of the house. Overall the experience was great and we are very happy with how our install came out. It looks very clean and low key. I would recommend Solar Source to anyone who is interested in going solar. It was good dealing with a local company and not have to deal with all the big corporate companies that do not offer the same level of customer service as what Solar Source does. You will not regret going with Solar Source.
