If you are looking for an established local company that is going to stick around and care about you as a customer this is the place. Ian Rock in Sales was great, he never oversold the product, and he is trustworthy. We had a ground mount with A LOT of rock in the way that was VERY challenging, but they were able to overcome that and make it happen. The installation did have some snags that really concerned me at the time. Lets just say a few items did not meet what I would say are 'Nova West Standards'. One of the Owners Rob became personally involved and met me in person at the property to review my concerns. They worked very hard to resolve all the issues and in the end, I am very happy. Any company can get a good review when everything goes flawlessly without a hitch. The great ones are there when things don't go as planned, stick by their customers, and have a willingness to tackle issues to make their customers happy.
