Im still waiting for the completion of my Tesla batteries install. They have scheduled to come on 4 different days, and not shown up or called to let me know. I have had to call them to find out why the no shows and have been given many excuses such as someone called in sick at the last minute, or they werent available, etc. Jeremy at Scudder promised me that he would show up personally on day 5 if no one was available and they would be here at 9:00 am to finish the install. By 10:45 no one showed and I called to speak with Jeremy and was told he was not available and he was out sick.Totally unprofessional. I find it hard to believe anything they tell me. They have re-scheduled AGAIN, but after being lied to, I am not confident in them any longer.

I have known Pete Scudder for at least 20 years. Before I retired, Scudder Roofing was the only roofer I used. When I decided to have solar installed, there was only one solar company I would have do the work and that was Scudder Solar. They explained the process as they did the installation so I understood what to expect. They worked efficiently and were neat and cleaned up as they progressed. The panels are producing great electricity. We should end up close to zero dollars when we get our true-up from PG&E. We are very happy with the installation and would recommend Scudder Solar for anyone who is thinking of installing solar.

I called 3 time in the past 3 weeks with no call back so I chose another company who did return my call and setup an appointment for installation.
