Extremely Satisfied !!! My husband was on our church's board when our church decided to go solar. We are a non-profit organization so the board did massive research and vetting of multiple local and out of area solar companies literally for over 1 1/2 years. Finally after narrowing it down to three they decided to go with Velocity as they were the best value (price + quality + knowledge + Honesty + service). WE dealt directly with the owner Darin Dowd , since we personally knew him and his family. They are one of the most honest and ethical people you will ever meet. They helped us make sense of all the bids, as a lot of them were just bait and switches either selling inferior systems or most commonly giving us quotes for smaller systems that would not cover all our energy needs but appeared cheaper. My husband left the board before they made the final decision but it was clear that the best choice was Velocity. Over a year later when we were ready for our home solar system the choice was very simple, so we went with Velocity for our home. Our normal electric bills ranged from $189 on the extreme cold months ( 3 months per year) to as high as $500 during peak summer months about (3.5 months per year) now we own our system and are only paying $190/ month consistently but will not have a bill in about 15 years when we are ready to retire. WE highly recommend Velocity Solar!!!!

They were efficient courteous and timely. when what few problems occurred , Heather was extremely helpful in resolving them. Final results easily passed PG&E, City and my HOA inspections. I highly recommend Velocity Solar Power.

The original solar-electric system that came with the house 12 years ago quit working. I called X solar company, that sent a tech out a few days later who told me the system had to be replaced. That was the last that I heard from the X company. I waited a month and called Velocity Solar on a Monday. Ron Riisager came out that afternoon, confirmed the need to replace the system and told me what it would cost. His price was less than I had expected and we signed a contract that day. The next day, Tuesday, his crew showed up and removed the old system. On Wednesday another crew showed up in the morning and replaced the roof tiles. On Thursday morning the installers arrived at 7:30, and had the new system producing electricity by 11:00 AM. Before they left, the Velocity Solar crew painted the inside and exterior walls where the work had been done, and cleaned up. The workmanship is excellent. All the workers that came here were efficient, very friendly, and helpful. Any question I asked was clearly answered. Ron and his team were fantastic to work with. Completely professional crews put in a top of the line system and left my property in excellent condition. When little issues came up in the process they communicated them and resolved them right away. Absolutely excellent service and quality installation.
