Do not buy a home in Moreno valley until u the understand electric company.... I wouldn't have bought my home in this city if I would have known they could Rip you off like this.... DONT BUY A HOME HERE

Worse customer service ever, this Company don't respect payment arrangements and still put a 24 hr notice at my door to get extra $25 dollars fee. If you are late with your payment a week, they'll shutdown your power, even if the temperature was 100+ degrees and you had small kids at home, or you had somebody on oxygen and needed the power 24/7 they simply DON'T CARE!!!!! I'm stuck with these people, I wish I could go back with Southern California Edison. Why do I HAVE TO be with a Company that doesn't work with people's needs? Somebody do something to stop them or make them better pleaseeee!!!
