The Solar Saga - Long story short, my solar project was a flop for a various number of reasons including an unaccountable salesperson at Wholesale Solar, a design that didn't fit my roof, plan changes due to PGE requirements, multiple city permits, multiple shipments with damage and also some personal changes. All resulting in my project not being completed.Throughout the process, there was one shining star at Wholesale Solar - Noelle McBride. She is an absolutely fabulous person and did her best to help me throughout the entire project. She was always responsive, honest and would work diligently internally to achieve the desired outcome for her customer. The company should be very thankful that she is part of the organization!

This company does not stand behind their products they sell. They gave us the wrong information on how to set it up and the system failed within months. They do not stand behind the warranty. They did not even tell us there was a 7 yr warranty on the product until we did our own research. They told us it was a one year warranty which we would not receive because we set it up wrong per their instructions. We spent a ton of money on this system and it has failed. I will not stop until this company helps us or we get a new system. They think they can just rip you off and than not even help you in return. He says sorry????? What? We documented everything and again I will never stop until they do the right thing. The principle of the matter is that these people are ill informed about the products they sell and gave us the wrong information on how to set up the system. We are very handy and intelligent people that detail everything we purchase. These people were unbelievable on how they left us high and dry
