SUPER SATISFIED and Happy we shopped around and came upon SolarGraham. Greg is very professionals and respected our time to make such a big decision with such a large purchase. We had quotes from 4 other companies before coming across SolarGraham. The other companies were very adamant that we make a decision right then and there with them and tried to sell us on additional products which made them come across as shady or desperate. Not SolarGraham though. SolarGraham's Architect Greg was very professional and respectful. He came to our home and provided us with information and nothing more. He didn't talk bad about other companies, he just provided information on SolarGraham's products and services which is exactly what we wanted. It was almost identical with one of the other companies, with a huge difference of almost $20K saved. When it came to the official purchasing process, SolarGraham provided financing with a partnered Credit Union, who were also very professional, especially Tadey made life super easy. They would update us with what's next and when to expect it as well as were ALWAYS available for questions and help if needed.The Installation team was respectful and super friendly. They were professional and quick. They left my house exactly as they found it, you could not tell they were there besides the beautiful solar panels installed on my roof. Greg made sure to bring matching colors and extra parts to support all my concerns. They completed the install within 2 days, and efficiently scheduled the install like clock work. The first day of install, consisted of prepwork, which they were able to complete in half a day and on the second day, Greg and Team showed up at 7:30 AM and were done by 1:30 PM. Thats with 39 panels installed! Greg had his Foreman, Scott, return the following morning to confirm Final Inspection to ultimately get our system in PTO status with Southern California Edison. Greg kept me in the loop every step of the way and called me an hour prior to receiving an email that SCE has us in PTO status and seemed more excited about how much energy I was producing that I was. He helped me install an Energy phone application that provides detailed information of your energy gains and usage. Once he explained to me what it all meant, we couldn't be happier. I shared with Greg my future concerns of purchasing an Electric car and he has prepped the install to be able to add on at a later date if needed.I CANNOT recommend this Solar team enough and if you decide to go with SolarGraham, you're in terrific hands! Overall the process with SolarGraham was enjoyable and super easy. HELL! I even got a text from Greg this morning telling me how much energy i saved just this past month. Like I said in the beginning, we are sooo happy we shopped around and came upon SolarGraham!

I am confident I got the best solar system at the best price. I dealt directly with the owner, Greg, who really knows his stuff. He prides himself in his knowledge and technical skills. He used state-of-the-art equipment (I did my own research on this). I never felt pressured in any regard and all my questions were thoroughly answered. Greg and his crew were very respectful of our property and neighbors. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up their work areas each day before they left. Greg is conscientious and easy to talk to. He kept me apprised of their progress on a daily basis. He handled all paperwork, inspections and approvals. He provided a detailed description of the project for me to include with my HOA submission.Gregs attention to detail was excellent. The city inspector said this was the best solar installation hed ever seen. In fact, he was so impressed he asked Greg for a Solargraham business card.I give Solargraham my highest recommendation. Professional Installation. Great prices. He did an upgrade on my 25 year old system. Inverter Died and he replaced. I rehired him to upgrade the system. Again he did an excellent job, on time and very professional. I plan on calling him again to upgrade further. I recommend him to do repairs or upgrades or new installs.

I work for a local utility that comes across these solar installations on homes and commercial buildings on a daily basis, so I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to the installations and customer experiences. I am also very thourough about picking the right contractor for all renovations, repairs, or new installations on my home. So when it came down to my own personal solar project for my house, I sat down with seven different solar contractors, and most of them were the bigger companies that had some saleman/ saleswoman that could not answer my many questions about the installation of my solar project and savings to my bill etc.., they were simply not the subject matter experts, just salespeople. I then ran across Greg from SolarGraham on Yelp, made an appointment, and finally found the solar expert that I was hoping to find. Greg answered all of my many questions with complete professionalism, paitence and clarity. He was basically everything you want in a contractor...competitive pricing, very punctual, excellent communication with every step of the project ( to include the contract for the project, utilities paperwork, permits and inspection with the city building and safety, and federal tax info, warranties etc), no hidden fees, stayed on the job from the beginning to the end not taking any shortcuts, went the extra mile to make the installation look appealing cosmetically, great with my dogs and cats and always made sure they were secure and didn't get out, always made sure to lock the gates and access to the garage. Greg also had very competitive pricing with the solar panel cleaning which I signed up for after he explained the hard fact benefits for the longevity of my efficiency from my system..And at the finish line of my project, he help set up my Enphase My Enlighten App on my phone so I could track my generation from my system. I would highly recommend Greg and his team to any family or commercial customer if you are looking for a great, honest and experience for your solar project.
