Trusting in a solar company to provide great service and reliability is hard these days. After dealing with multiple salesmen coming to my door promising me the world, I was referred to Solex by a family member who told me they were awesome; this couldnt be more accurate. Their team is professional, friendly, and they do a damn good job to make sure your solar needs are satisfied. After receiving our quote (which beat the other companies), they had us up and running within a few days. Theyre honest and true to their work, without trying to nickel and dime you for their service. I have referred Solex to many people because of the outstanding job they did. Thank you, Solex!

I called Solex initially them because their office is near mine and I thought i would try and get a price from a smaller company before I called one of the big players in town. Alex (part owner) came to the house and although i was expecting a long and complicated sales pitch, he was there for about 30 minutes and already had pricing prepared as he previously checked out the roof and sq/ft on googlemaps. The price seemed very reasonable to me and after a little homework on the types of panels, I was confident in those two aspects of the project. However, I recognized that they didn't have much of an online presence and there weren't a ton of reviews to reflect their customers' experiences. I went over to Alex's office the next week and sat and talked with him for a while. He explained that they do a lot of their work as subcontractors under other General Contractors. On his computer he showed me job after job that they had done and were even going to do a massive job on a Holiday Inn near my house (in progress now). I concluded that these guys were experts at installing solar, but didn't necessarily have the huge overhead for marketing, sales reps, an expensive high profile office, etc. Much more confident in the project, i signed the contract. After that, install was flawless. Great communication by first the office staff as we got through permitting, and then by the installers on when they were going to be at my house and how long it was going to take. I was there a week later when the inspector came and he had no concerns regarding the work. He had one thing he required that was a previous condition of the house. Overall this was a great experience and i definitely recommend Solex. Happy to answer questions or concerns. I've told Alex it is ok to use me as a future reference.
