Does Home Depot in Hayward is one of their smaller stores and I don't find the help very helpful they've also have one entrance to get in because of covid-19 and they keep counter the number of people going in so sometimes you have to wait in line

Its local and convenient. Customer service is subpar compared to other locations and establishments such as Lowes. Overall, an average place to shop for building materials, supplies and such as they usually have the basic things you need for a DIY project.

This HD is a joke. Nobody knows what they are doing. Nobody knows anything about what they are selling. The customer service is horrible. There is no customer service worth anything. They are not helpful at all. I will never go to this store again.
