These guys were great. Very friendly, responsive and ultimately delivered on what they promised. Nobody could beat their quoted price, but almost as important, they took the time to understand my project and needs and helped me build a kit that was exactly what I needed. I can't say more emphatically just how great of an experience it was.

unresponsive. Sent the wrong production (cheaper ones). I contacted the sales person, Sean and he said he will refund me. Tried to contact them after they are very unresponsive. Very disappointed on the customer service.UPDATED: after about one month, finally got the refund. Thank to Sean's efforts to pushing the refund happened.

I had been on the fence with installing solar on my home for many years until I assisted my neighbor with his installation, and realized the simplicity of the process. As a DIY person, and after considerable research on different web sites and solar suppliers, one company really stood out from the others: Tandem Solar! My first contact was Sean who was very accommodating throughout the whole process, in addition, Greg and Page whom also assisted. It is a local business which I really felt comfortable with here in southern California, and whom I would recommend to others here and or anywhere else. They have the contacts to complete the job from start (planning consultant) to finish, that flew through the city regulations in acquiring my permit, and a one-visit final approval from the city inspector. Sean had put together a list of components that was almost exact to the necessary pieces needed to complete the project, and responded promptly with what concerns I did have. Thank you Tandem Solar, you are five Stars out of five!!!

Unresponsive. Have sent the wrong product twice. Promised to send the right product two weeks ago, never sent it and are now MIA. Go elsewhere and avoid the headache.

My goal for 2018 was to install solar. I didnt intend to do it so rushed in January, but thanks to the Trump tariff (sigh..), I had to accelerate the plans. I am a do-it-yourself kind of guy and naturally none of the turn key installers would answer my questions. However, as mentioned in the other reviews here, Greg and Sean were SUPER helpful, Greg spent 1+ hour combined on the phone with me, answering questions, making recommendations, etc etc. Then comes price. Yeah..BEST PRICE on the entire web and they are right in my back yard. Could not get better than that. They are a small business just like myself, and I am happy to support them and send them all the business from friends and family. These folks know what they are talking about, do NOT push into buying things you dont need, AND have excellent pricing. These guys are rockstars of DIY Solar, I am super happy to have come across them.
