There should be no stars available to describe the service of this company!!! I am at my wits end with them! It's absolutely ridiculous !!! We bought.. bought not leased our system from them! They installed it and life went on! Our inverters have gone out several times, optimizers several times, they say they're coming to replace it, they just show up!!! or call and say were in the neighborhood and can stop by... no appointment!! Who runs a business without making appointments for service that 'we' have to pay them for to do the work! and buy the part!!! Sepehr Nozari tells us they'll be to us in 2-3 weeks!!! 45 days later plus... a guy calls us out the blue saying he can come by! We're headed to a doctors appointment... appointment.. see how that word works.. and cannot turn around to meet him at our home... We schedule for Saturday-he will be out! Great! no one shows up or calls or nothing! I reach out and tell Sepehr Nozari- he says "He told me he called you guys and you told him you would be there within a certain time and that he was at the house waiting for 2 hours and no one showed up. I am not sure why he said Sat and he said he will call you to apologize since he was not working on Sat and he was not authorized to go back. We are booked months out and we can come by within the next 2-3 weeks but we can only come when someone else cancels so last minute situation pretty much. Please leave the units somewhere safe outside so we can get it when we come by in case you are not home thx". First of all, we all know he didn't come by our house and stood around and waited for 2 hours, when he called us.... and said he could be there in 20 minutes! What! His phone didn't work? LIE! Now we have to wait another 2-3 weeks for repairs on a system that is not producing any power!!!  Who runs a business like this! No compensation, no urgency, no customer service, responds days sometimes weeks later! and They'll just come to service us at the last minute! Horrible!!!! 

Francis is very responsive and helpful. All my questions and issues were sufficiently addressed and I am pleased with the level of service received thus far.

A superlative experience. GC Electric installed 13 panels and a battery at our residence in late 2017 - a small system requiring careful engineering for economics to work. Analysis and communication during evaluation, construction, and startup were outstanding. They were selected after screening seven proposals and detailed discussion with four contractors. The architecture of our tile roof limited our options. GC Electric provided a comprehensive analysis and coordinated roofing contractor necessary to complete installation. Their assistance with selection of a battery, as well as securing the SGIP rebate, was critical to economic success of our project. Exceptional service on all elements of our project.
