I just started working here again, not only are these people so positive, they are amazing helpers as well. What a lot of people don't understand is, when you are used to a negative work environment: warehouse , General labor, etc., you will be accustomed to negative working arrangments, so when you show up to a place where their are nothing but positive people in the work place with energy geared to motivate, and not just discipline, it feels a little abnormal. That's why a lot of people who have been so used to those environments are very disciplined and eager to work, but when they continuously get rejected at the door, for whatever reason; owner not interested, renters, disrespectful people, their disciplinary nature gets the best of them and they choose to demotivate themselves and end up quitting. If you like a support system, or lack one, the meetings they give is a great support system to pump you up, not to mention countless pointers they provide. Great work opportunity i wish most would give a chance for more than a couple weeks.

Excellent company for no cost solar. No cost maintenance is the biggest benefit. That flat rate away from Edison.
