DON'T USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET. Lied about virtually EVERY material fact. Promised 9.8 kilowatt hours of battery back up capacity. Provided 8.4kWH (15% less back up TIME) . Promised install date PRIOR to December 31st to ensure tax rebate (promise made in October). Again confirmed promise to install prior to December 31 in mid-December. The day after signing final PO, called and rescheduled to late January. No regard for the tax effects. Plans were inaccurate. Made me sign same DocuSign documents over and over due to errors. Got my physical address, email address and phone number incorrect on initial paperwork. Too many issues to list, but to say the least, one of the most inept companies I've ever worked with. Cost me multiple missed work days and countless hours follow up. They simply don't have a customer service department or don't care. Having said all that, installation crew was efficient and responsive to my requests on the aesthetics of the installation. DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE. THERE ARE TOO MANY BETTER CHOICES. This is a long term decision for YOUR HOME .
