I had a visit from a door to door canvas rep this morning. He walked right up and knocked on my door with no mask on and when I got to the door made no effort to social distance. He also made no attempt to put his make on. I looked at him and said really no mask going door to door during COVID. I then told him to go away. I then called the office and explained what happened. Got no apology or anything. There is no reason why someone from rockin or Sacramento area should be in butte county going door to door during this time.

Contacted Isaac about six weeks ago. He showed up promptly and explained the benefits of switching to solar. He was very knowledgeable regarding his product and maintained his patience with us asking many questions.We decided on the make up of the system and off we went. The installation crew, in spite of 117 degree heat, did a tremendous job in getting the mechanical equipment in place. They did it in a couple of days and certainly knew what they were doing. Except for the new equipment on the garage wall, you would never know they were here. They were extremely neat in doing their job.The system is installed but not yet running. There seems to be a problem with a micro-verter, (whatever that is). Isabella @customerservice is on top of that problem and I expect we will be up and running soon.If you're interested in solar, I strongly recommend you contact these folks and give them a chance to provide you with the great service I have received.

Worst experience ever! I signed up thinking I was getting the best deal and sure enough I didnt. I found another solar company who was able to offer me a way better monthly payment. I called to cancel and they are charging me $1500 beware before signing make sure you are getting at least 2-3 quotes before signing.7/21 replying to owner; it doesnt cost $1500 for a ring doorbell and a camera, plus 10 min it took to install 4 screws, thats outrages!!! Plus the he rep never said anything about $1500 for cancelling!!! Your reply doesnt change the fact that I still owe you for products that cost $250:and that I could have put on myself with my eyes close. Instead of the rep explaining what I was signing he just said sign here this protects your saving. Until I had actually read it, wow. Not happy at all.

If I could give a zero I would. We were misled by the salesman on the loan. We have not saved any money vs. our PGE bill. They came to our door, we let them in, and they misled us the on the loan by using the Energy Credit and adding it to our loan. Buyers beware - theyll say anything to sell their systems! Also, Make sure you talk to a tax advisor first because after you sign the loan they tell you they cant help you and you better talk to a tax advisor.
