Have our Solar up and running, thanks to the excellent support from SunRun. We cant thank our sales consultant John DeGrodt enough for patiently walking through every minute detail and amazing support much beyond the sales stage. He was always there for us every step of the process, went above and beyond call of duty to make thing happen on our desired schedule. He also set the expectations clearly so there is no misunderstanding along the process. If you are in the market for Solar, I highly recommend SunRun and do ask for John - you can rest assured your project gets across the finish line on time. This was one of my most memorable moments in my life, everything is such a reasonable price, good quality, and all the people are so wonderful.

This is a review of Sunrun Solar Company. We originally learned of Sunrun from Costco. We requested a consultation and received a phone call within a few days. My two sons and I met with Dean from the sales department in November 2016. Dean was very thorough in his explanation of how solar could save us money. He even answered my 7 year olds questions. My wife wasnt present at the time so we met again in January 2017. Again Dean was professional and thorough in his presentation and convinced us that solar would be beneficial for our family. We decided to purchase our system through financing. Originally it was thought that we would put some panels on the West and South side. However, the design team felt we would produce more power if we used the East to capture the late afternoon sun. We went with a 7.7 kW system. Throughout the process Dean and the team answered any questions and addressed all concerns in a timely manner. The installation team was timely, efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. I requested that they run the conduit through the attic and the system looks fantastic. In approximately two months, we were up and running. We love watching the meter spin backwards and are on track to produce nearly as much energy as we used in the first month. We are very happy that we chose Sunrun to go solar. We even referred a family member who is in currently in the latter stages of the process and is also very satisfied.
