We are in the middle of purchasing a house and can't get ahold of anyone to see when paperwork will be sent to our Title Company!! Not a good way to start our business with Tesla. UGH!!

Solar panels are not making what Telsa claims, true up bill are in the thousands!

I have tesla for solar on my house in AZ. I would literally do anything to make sure no one I know uses them. Their company BY FAR has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Once they have you in a contract they don't give 1 care about you at ALL. We had a damaged roof that was leaking into our house. The roofers were ready they told us it would be four months just to remove our panels and then basically said oh well we don't care. Now, we informed them we are remodeling our house and the whole back of it is open and exposed. All we asked was them to remove ONE row of panels temporarily so the rest of the roof for the remodel can be put on and our house closed for our kids. We were told Spring 2020 is when they would get around to it. So now we will be removing them ourselves. This company only cares about getting new customers not keeping current customers happy so if you're ok with being treated horrible this is a great company. Otherwise I highly highly highly recommend ANY other company.

From beginning to end the process went perfectly. Neal was honest and truthful to his word. We had one hiccup with my satellite dish being in the way. He payed the satellite company to move it with his own dime. I liked that all the documents could be signed online. No back and forth paperwork to sign. They showed up on time on the day of installation. They installed the whole system in one day. My solar had been running now for 4 months without any issues. No more high PGE bills. It only took a month and a half from the first phone call to producing power!
