Richard agreed that he would stop by my rental property and contact the tenant about a heater repair. He never called. I called the secretary, who was very nice and responsive, three different times over the past two months. She told me she would pass the message to Richard and assured me that he would call either me or my tenant. We never got a response. Moving on to someone else.

Nice job, expensive, but owner let me pay what I was comfortable with. Would advise getting all the specifics in writing beforehand as there were some misunderstandings.

I called Associated services requesting to make an appointment for someone to come out as I needed to replace my gas heating furnace.The next day, David called me and stated that we could meet at my house in four days. He stated that he would call me in the morning to let me know when he would be getting to the house that morning. I changed my schedule to make sure I would be available. The morning of the appointment, I called the office at 9:50 am since I had not heard from him. I spoke with Tammy who would not provide me with his number so that I could call him but said she would be sending him an email. She also related that he could be on a roof somewhere and it might take him a few minutes to get to his email prior to calling me. I waited until after 12 noon with no call. It is now 3:25 pm and still no call. I have worked with the public for over 25 years with most of that time in the field. I know it only takes 1 or 2 minutes to make a call to cancel or reschedule an appointment. I wanted to use a local business but I will not being doing business with them.

I called and asked about a job and was told I would receive a call back, never got the call. Called a few days later and asked if they could install my mini split air conditioner and they told me they couldn't help me because they didn't sell me the unit. Would not recommend to anyone.
