Junk absolute junk purchased 3 units July 2018 that were warrantied within the first 5 months of use now this evening 8/18/2019 @ 8:15 pm MST 2 of them just died outside of the warranty period. O well kuna you got my money just like you have taken other consumers out there with your faulty product. Hey when it worked it worked but when it had a problem it took all day to fix the issue from tech support. I will be removing the other units I have installed at the shop & summer house for a different product. Really disappointed in this company that sells junk and only gives a 1 year warranty.

KUNA Products are junk just pure junk. Look around other options out there. Of 8 units I purchase 7 units have been replaced due to defects within the first 2 to 9 months of service. Purchased several units from other sources for family and offices for a total of 8 units. All 7 out of the 8 units have been replaced under warranty except for 1 unit on my house that has been working fine up until today. What is upsetting is most that went bad did so within the warranty period. Now the1unit I purchased from Amazon in August 2017 as there was only 1 in stock just died here on August 15 2019 as stated above. Called Amazon well the rep stated that warranties go through kuna so I called kuna support only to find out the unit from Amazon is out of warranty. The warranty is only good for 1 year from purchase. Really for the price you pay it should be a 2 to 5 year warranty. O but get this they offered a refurbished unit at 50% off the retail price. Really what the #$@# I was insulted why would I buy a refurbished unit when the unit I have should of lasted more then 2 years? That goes to show you how the company stands behind its product. Yes I understand business but really at least give the consumer a 2 year warranty not just 1 year. Well Amazon saved the day. I talked to the rep and explained what kuna customer service stated and offered. Even the rep was speechless so due to the limitations he escalated the call to the highest department and explained my situation. The representative did look at my purchases history and the fact that I have had Amazon Prime forever. Plus we do buy quite a bit of stuff for our home, kids in college & businesses. So Amazon stepped to the plate and saved the day they are sending me a replacement unit free of charge. Let's see how long the other units last as most that have been replaced are getting close to being out of warranty and 2 other units are close to being at the 2 year mark. Look around there are other options out there. Ring has a few units. I just purchased 4 of there flood light units plus we have ring door bells and love there products. Great warranty and they have stood behind there stuff 100%.

These guys probably pay for the reviews they get. I got one of their outdoor camera spotlight combo. You cannot record 24/7. If you want to use their AI or storage options for recording you have to pay monthly. Their AI program couldnt tell the difference between a dog and a car. I had a couple of people around my porch and wanted to start a recording which triggered a sound and immediately alerted them. FFS. So many better options to choose from. Quality isnt great streaming is not live but around a 5-10 second delay.
