Yes, the panels work. I think? I'm pretty sure. However, the installation process was a disorganized mess. Only to be followed by my finding that our solar generation and power usage had been wrong for 2 years so the app data was useless. They have yet to resolve it. Lots of promises around project management, service, etc but very little actual follow through. Extremely disappointing as we went with them bc they are a local company. The halo effect of 'they're local!' only last so long - this is an extremely expensive system that needs to work reliably.
