Aaron Jenne is amazing! He really knows his stuff. I had questions about the PG&E Self-Generation Incentive Program. Not only was he familiar with the utility company and its form, but he answered all of my questions, and explain things I didn't even think to ask! Thanks, Aaron!!

Weve had our Vivint solar panels for three years now. It is a big system with 28 panels that we get approximately 12 to 16 hours of sun in the summer per day. The savings versus running tier 4 on our PG&E bill is well worth the install. Just be aware that you will get a true up from PG&E that you will have to be prepared to cover once a year which I believe all solar installs regardless of installer require. The service has been wonderful.

If you choose to go with this company, watch your bill carefully. I got cameras and security for my house and while in the initial year contract, I didn't have any problems. I then decided to opt towards continued security after a year and that is where the nightmare started. They tell you if you pay off your 'loan' required for the camera installation, you can get your monthly payment reduced. It took them 4 months and repeated phone calls, to finally have my payment show up for the correct amount. They told me they were going to reimburse my card from when they initially told me in December that I should have reduced payment (although I paid my loan in September and they had told me that then, but they didn't document), but I have yet to see the reimbursement. I wish I could cancel my service, but unfortunately, I am roped in for a year since I switched to a lower payment, despite paying the higher payment for 4 months and not being reimbursed. My bill is due again today and their account website is down (I can see everything except the account information.) They can see it when I call in, but are unwilling to email me a copy. Run, find another security service.
