This is an update to previous review. After our Sun Run Inverter failed, Victoria in Customer service was very responsive. She was able to get installers here quickly and Sun Run even helped out with our electric bill, which had escalated during the period we were without solar, waiting for the replacement inverter.Sun Run, Whatever you are paying Victoria, it isn't enough! ;)

Cancelled but cannot get my deposit refunded. I cancelled my contract with Sunrun on Nov 1, two days after the technician visited my home and was unable to find a solution to connecting the battery to the circuit breaker panel inside my home which is on a slab. It is now Dec 22 and after numerous telephone calls and emails I have still not received the $500 deposit that their contract said would be refunded if I were to cancel for any reason. Do not make a deposit with Sunrun until after your home has been inspected and you are confident that their installation plan is workable.

RUN from this company don't walk, they did a bait and switch on me and I now have Costco involved because they won't talk to me. They will send me an email but they will not pick up a phone and call. I complained of a bait and switch almost immediately after the install because what I was told I would get for a monitoring system is not what I got. Now they want me to go thru a 3rd party to get what I want and to pay a monthly fee for it. I have paint that they knocked off my house and that is still not fixed. The box squeaks like a frog everytime I open the side garage door, no one came out to fix it. I have had the system for almost a year and have stayed on their butts to no avail. I don't know if the system is working like it should because I can never get on their site to check it. Bunch of liars, that is what sun run is all about. Get the money and run.
