I met Ryan after I scheduled an appointment through Costco, Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable. He discussed several panel options and several financing options. Very happy with the whole process of solar installation. The initial consultant was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The communication has been great at every step, via email and by phone. Lastly, the employees that have been to our house have all been professional and on time. No regrets going with Sunrun.

I have had 3 years with the company and there is a problem with how they installed the panels on a room because its leaking and I called The customer service they claimed the technician said it wasnt because of the panels and they refuse to send another technician to come check out the roof leak and will not cover the charges to fix the roof leak. And now Im stuck in a 20yr contract I highly do NOT recommend this company.
